In the second webinar in our Success Planning series, EdRedesign will present key elements that schools, districts, and communities must address when designing a system of navigators to support each child's individual needs and interests. We'll hear from special guests Keri Randolph, executive officer for strategic state, federal and philanthropic investments at Metro Nashville Public Schools in Nashville, TN, and Lori James-Gross, superintendent of Unity Point School District in Carbondale, IL, about the components of the navigator role and the design options they each chose.

In particular, our speakers will offer insights into essential questions that include: Who serves as navigator? What do navigators do? What skills do they need? And what training and support do they require? Participants will gain an understanding of the different strategies that schools, districts, and communities can pursue in order to create a robust navigator role that uses a personalized, relationship-based approach to support children and youth.
